ZUREE SUPPORTING BUSINESSES IN AFRICA AND JAMAICA
The word ZUREE is a variation of the Swahili word ZURI which means BEAUTIFUL.
ZUREE represents all girls across the world who are truly beautiful regardless of their skin tone or hair texture.
In addition, Zuree has recently embarked on a project to source most of their dolls’ clothing in Africa and Jamaica and very soon ALL their clothing. This project is aiming to create job opportunities for small businesses run by women in these countries. This is very important to the brand as we aim not just to empower kids but to provide employment opportunities and build the economy in these countries.
Please note that every purchase you make of a doll dress or a doll will be supporting other small black businesses too. With your help, we may also be able to create our own doll manufacturing company in one of these places.
