Health and safety are of major importance for Zuree. We urge all our customers to ensure all precautions are taken with our products. Please consider whether your child is old enough for any item that is sold on the website. All products featured on our website have met all European Community Health and Safety Laws and all of our products carry the CE-Mark. ​

Order & Payment

The payment method for ordering our products is done online through purchases by adding your chosen items to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your shopping, proceed to the checkout and pay for your items. All online credit and debit card payments can be made using the secure online payment services of PayPal. Please bear in mind that postage and packaging charges will be added to your purchase at the checkout. You will select first or second class delivery through Royal Mail. Please be aware that ZUREE reserves the right to change our prices or policy at anytime and without prior notice. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

By placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these in their entirety. Images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Some products may vary slightly in colour, weight, design or dimension. However, we have taken all reasonable precautions to try to ensure accuracy of prices and product descriptions. Zuree reserves the right to cancel a sale if the item has been incorrectly priced, or in the event of being unable to fulfil an order. Placing an order therefore does not represent a binding contract.​

Shipping & Delivery

  •  Dolls Only

– We aim to ensure that all parcels in the UK are shipped as soon as possible by Royal Mail First or second class (signed for) and usually take 3 to 7 working days. Europe parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class (signed for) and usually take up to 7-10 working days. Outside Europe, please contact us for shipping/delivery information at (Dolls Only)

  •  Merchandise only

– Outside of the UK, please note that your order may be subject to import duty and we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or fees incurred on your order.
In unusual circumstances, if the order is going to be delayed, or if a product is out of stock we will let you know.Should you choose to register your details with us, you will be automatically notified by email when your chosen item is back in stock.2

  • Orders will be dispatched 3 -5 days after placing orders. Delivery to USA mainland is 3-5 working days. Orders to the UK…7 to 12 working days. Other locations may vary.

Returns & Replacements

  • Unpack the parcel carefully and please bear in mind that these are fragile items. We inspect goods before they are despatched and cannot accept claims for damages that have not occurred in transit.

  • Damages in transit should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made on the carrier. Any delay will mean that we are unable to make a claim on our carrier and therefore unable to accept your claim for compensation. Replacement goods will be sent out once the returns are received and checked.


  • We only accept goods for exchange which are returned in a resale-able condition.Please note we are unable to accept returns that have been used, damaged by the customer, not in original packaging.


  • Any item to be returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery. We will not refund the cost incurred to you for sending the unwanted or cancelled item back to us, nor do we refund the delivery charge of sending the item to you in the first instance
